What is the best camera phone?

I'm looking to replace my lost digital camera with a new camera phone! Obviously i'm looking for something that will match the quality of a digital camera! Also i'm not looking to push the boat out too far, so any phone under £150 ($230 (ish)) would be preferable. For any recommended phone could you briefly explain it's qualities, or give a link to a site with features, reviews etc. Thanks

Get the Sony Ericsson K810i! 3.2megapixel cyber-shot, xenon flash, red-eye reduction, 16x digital zoom, autofocus, (the camera of k810i is better compared to the N95 8G and N82 w/ 5MP) 69MB phone memory, (expandable up to 4gig) MP3, WMA, AAC, eAAC+, AAC+, AMR, MIDI, IMY, EMY, WAV, RM, 3GP, MP4, WMV. 262k colors, FM radio, TrackID. Its around 12thousand pesos. (275 US Dollar) Dont buy Nokia, its just a waste of money!
