1. you have a huge range of memory cards avalible for camera phones, however you need to find out what type of memory card it takes, micro SD etc? Once you know that you want to find the one with the biggest avalible within your budget, as the more memory you have the more photo's you can take. I have an N95 8GB ok it doesnt have a memory card but i have 798 songs and 400+ photos stored and it has around 3GB left.
