Best Camera Phones

What cell phones can I buy that are touchscreen, have a really nice camera but don't have to pay for internet.?

service, I don't need the internet on my phone, I have it at home & work. Just need a really nice camera phone that plays mp3s too.

3. my sister just bought the quickfire by at&t. It has a touchscreen, a slide out keyboard and the screen flips when you slide the keyboard out. Also, the camera is good too.
4. i would say the voyager. but im not to clear about the internet on this one.
