how do you bring back an item you deleted on samsung phones?

ahh, i deleted a picture from my samsung soul and i didn't mean to. anyone know anyway i can get it back?

1. go to the menu then options u can prevent this from happening but u cannot recover it sorry why the **** would you want a samsung when the iphone came out though? i just dont get it.
