What's a good set-up for filming a cell phone screen for a hands-on review?

I would like to film a video for reviewing applications on a cell phone and need some help. What's the best way for me to set-up lighting to get a good image of my phone's screen? An example of what I'm looking for is located here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eq_qk4Rxn-0 (fast forward to the 1:30 mark for screen quality example) I know that camera quality affects the outcome, but I'd like to get as close to creating a good lighting set-up that would let me get a video similar or better than the link i posted. I'm hoping there are some simple tricks/tips I can employ to get a clean image of the screen and need help. I'm using a Samsung Digital Cam SC-D363 video if that helps at all.
