Can you install blackberry messenger on Samsung Eternity phones?

I am trying to use the blackberry messenger on my Samsung Eternity, but since it's not a blackberry phone, is there a way to do that still? If so, how can I do it?

1. No, BBM is proprietary to RIM Blackberry.
2. No unfortunately the BBM software is only configured to work on a BlackBerry that is running a BlackBerry data plan. You are out of luck with the Samsung device.
