What are the privacy laws for "sexting" or camera phones?

i have to do a paper on sexting and i need to know the privacy laws for camera phones or sexting. need to know asap. thank you

2. The major law regarding sexting is child pornography law. It is illegal to create or send sexually explicit pictures of a minor even if your a minor, and even if the sex act doesn't violate your state's statutory rape laws.
