Where can I find Cingular phones with no contract just phone by itself?

i am trying to get one of the new razor phone but i am unable to find website with cheap razor phones.

1. Ebay. Just make sure it is Cingular compatible and unlocked with sims card.
2. umm..... if u just buy it itself is expensive and is hard to find cheap phone by itself
