How much is it to switch cingular phones?

I have a pink slvr, and I want to switch for something better!! Personally, I think its OK.... but not good. I really want the Samsung C417 (red) really bad!! How much does it cost to switch if you had your old phone for only 6 months? Help! How much is full price? Does that mean the price of the new phone?

1. It costs full price. I need a new phone as well, but unless you sign another 2 year contract... you'll have to pay roughly 200 bucks.
2. cingular is so much cheaper than verizon and it most of the time do raise the bar.
3. You're still under contract, so prepare to pay $150-$200. to opt out.
4. depends on the price of the phone you want.. for example your phone now costs...$30 and the phone you want is $50 so you exchange your phone but you have to add $20......but the price of your phone now is different in lots of stores depending on how old,is there any scratches and is it broken and stuff
