hey i need help i have a samsung phone and the key pad on the phone just stoped working i did nothing wrong it just stopped working is there any steps i can take to try and fix this list the steps in order please thanks

1. Open up the battery and look to see if the liquid indicator turned red. Key pads not working are Samsung and Motorola's way of saying to effed up.
