Best Camera Phones

Tell me what r the best working low price motorola camera and non camera phones?

i've looked at reviews for the v557,v325,v235 but i don't know...i plan to buy a cell phone in the future and i've been seeing motorola and nokia phones coming up as the best brands so i been doing my research.

1. Motorola E815 is the best motoroal ever made...you can probably pick one up cheapo since they are about 2 years old.
2. The type of phone you get is going to depend on your service provider. They don't all have the same phones. Unless they have changed, Nokia's are not user friendly. The one that I had was the hardest to program. I prefer Motorola over all but Alltel doesn't have a large selection right now. Good luck.
