2. the Altell hue is pretty cool and is about $30 with a new contract it also has a buyable attachment of memory to put music on it
3. The blackberry pearl is amazing! my mom has one and took pics with it and blew them up and we now have them framed and hanging on our wall! It also captures colored light with out making it look all white and blurry. price range: $99.99-$299.99
4. Wow! There's a lot of phones that are good camera phones. I have promo codes for a lot of different phones through different providers. Depending on the phone would depend on the price range. I don't know your zip code, but for instance in mine, The Blackberries are on a limited time promo where it's a free phone with a new two year contract.
