Top three cell phones that have the best camera?

I know that more pixels doesn't guarantee better pictures and that some cameras have far too few features or are hard to use. I am looking for cell phone cameras that deliver the highest quality pics.

2. hey! i no how u feel! i cnt say da top three but to be specific i wud go with the nokia N73 and the D900. but the only problem with the D900 is its battery lyf is very poor. I recently bort me a N73 and as my brother was drivin i tuk a foto. it came out perfect (not blurry) and the car was still moving! so i f i was u i wud go 4 it! but its a bit pricy
