What is the best MP3, Camera phones for cheap?

im looking for $150 or less, but i dont want one with like a 3-year contract. some good quality phones that can record , take pictures and play music.

1. lg dare is 150 after the 50 dollar rebate 3.2 megapixel camera (really good) many photoediting software built in panoramic photos music player is awsome and can play music from raphsody I was personally about to buy this phone but decided to buy the blackberry storm, if you can get the blackberry storm it is 200 and really good. But if not then deffinitley go for the dare, and it has a touch screen.
